Who We Are

Established in 1994, the Philippine United Student Organization (PUSO) is a Filipino cultural-interest organization at Stony Brook University.

We aim to fufill our mission statement by hosting events such as an Ate/Kuya Mentoring program through which we connect older brothers and sisters to the younger classmen, SAYAW, which is our annual dance competition that brings teams from across the East Coast, and PUSOfest, which is a showcase of our general body members and a celebration of the year's accomplishments.

Apart from the events and programs we host, we also maintain three dance teams: PUSO Cultural, PUSO Ballroom, and PUSO Modern.
